The Karakuz Dam and Hydropower Plant is located on the Körkün Creek within the Pozantı and Karaisalı districts of Adana Province. With an installed capacity of 79.5 MW, the plant commenced commercial operations in 2015 and has an annual generation capacity of 305 GWh.

In 2023, an additional 2.09 MW Hybrid Solar Power Plant (SPP) capacity was incorporated into the plant’s generation license.
