A Success Story
I will feel guilty if I don't tell you about such a beautiful and well-managed holiday resort. I have been coming to this place for long years. I usually like being here both at the beginning and end of the season (because of the climate), and believe me this natural wonder is not at the other end of the world.
I've Seen It for the First Time
Is it possible for the employees of a facility to smile 7/24 throughout 7 months (April-October)? One may think they are giving them a Xanax every morning. Believe me this is the first time I see a group of employees enjoying their job this much.
Everybody is excellent from room service attendants to receptionists and beach staff. They have always been excellent at their jobs for long years. The visitors of the resort are now addicted to the place. When you speak to foreign tourists, you realize that this may be the 10th time they are here. Each time they come here, they leave the place booking their stay for the next year. However, they are not as selfish as me. They tell everyone about the great time they spent at Fethiye Hillside, the resort's dedicated employees, delicious food, water sports facilities and the beauty of the sea, and thus bring a few more families with them the next time.
Closing its doors on October 29th every year, Hillside Beach Club should not remain underrated. I can say that there is no Italian or Greek island I've not seen. However, I can assure you that none of them offers the pleasant atmosphere, beautiful nature and the beautiful sea of this place. Today, I not only gave Hillside its due credit, but also got rid of feeling guilty against Hillside. (Not to mention that I booked my stay for the next season.) I wish every facility in our country was managed this well, and our tourism industry didn't have to experience any difficulties. Anyway, while this success story is now studied as a case at Harvard, why is it not studied in business administration courses at our universities? I really wonder the answer.
