New Graduates of Alarko’s “Positive Impact – Green Collar” Program Receive Their Certificates

Alarko’s “Positive Impact – Green Collar Program,” implemented across the Group, has graduated more than 60 participants this year. Offering a multi-layered learning model that brings together theoretical knowledge and best practices, the program contributes to the integration of sustainability principles into business processes across all Group Companies and to the deepening of a positive collective impact.

Positioning sustainability as a transformative domain that redefines ways of thinking, decision-making, and producing, Alarko Holding carries out impact-driven programs to embed this approach throughout the organization. Believing that sustainable transformation is only possible through a workforce equipped with high awareness and strong technical knowledge in this field, Alarko Holding provides employees across the Group with a comprehensive learning model through the Positive Impact – Green Collar Program.

With the participation of Alarko employees operating across Türkiye, the program graduated more than 60 participants in 2026. Certificates were presented to those who successfully completed the program by Özge Arslan, General Manager of Yenibirlider, and Canan Egüz Coşkun, Corporate Communications and Sustainability Director of Alarko Group of Companies.

The program is carried out in collaboration with various institutions, primarily Yenibirlider Association, as well as İstanbul Kültür University, Dokuz Eylül University, İstanbul Bilgi University, KPMG Türkiye, and Association—brings together theoretical knowledge and best practices across a range of different subject areas.

Positive Impact: A Learning Journey that Transforms Knowledge into Impact

The Positive Impact – Green Collar Program contributes to integrating sustainability principles into business practices across the Group and to strengthening “Collective Impact” initiatives.

With 50 hours of training per participant, the program covers modules such as “Carbon Management”; “International Regulations and Practices”; “Sustainability Reporting and Assessment Indices”; “Auditing and Regulations”; “Digital Transformation and Green Technologies”; “Circular Economy and Resource Management”; “Gender Equality”; “Responsible Communication”; “Corporate Social Responsibility”; and “Social Impact Assessment”. Throughout the training process, participants have the opportunity to evaluate global trends and best practice examples, adapt the knowledge they acquire to their respective fields, and develop joint projects with colleagues from different Group companies.

A Carbon-Neutral Training Program

Designed as a “carbon-neutral” initiative, the Positive Impact – Green Collar Program functions as a platform that fosters a shared language and approach to sustainability, while strengthening knowledge sharing and synergy among Group companies.

Sustainability indicators account for 5–10% of performance systems and target scorecards across all Alarko Group Companies. To ensure that sustainability becomes an institutional reflex, performance results are reviewed by senior management each year at the Joint Impact Day, held with the participation of the Group’s sustainability leaders
