.
Alarko Holding believes that shaping the future begins with transforming knowledge into action. Reflecting its commitment to embedding sustainability at the heart of its corporate culture, the company has launched a new training cycle of the 'Positive Impact' Green Collar Program, featuring an expanded scope and enriched content. As part of this year’s program, carried out in collaboration with various institutions including PwC, KPMG, 3P Metrics, and notably the Yenibirlider Association, inspiring training sessions are offered on a broad array of topics, ranging from carbon footprint management to reporting and sustainability indices, and from digital transformation and green technologies to gender equality.

The intensive training process of the Positive Impact Program, one of the key steps in Alarko's goal of integrating a sustainability strategy into its business practices and organizational DNA, also enables participants to develop business solutions in the field of sustainability through workshops.  Expanded and enriched with new modules this year, the program equips participants with competencies in measurement, reporting, the triple transformation, responsible investment, and strategic communication, while also enabling them to stay abreast of global best practices and emerging trends. The program also fosters peer learning within the Group and aims to create a ripple effect of impact that engages all stakeholders.

Carbon Neutral Green Collar Program

The Green Collar Program, which brings together sustainability ambassadors from all Group Companies, actively supports the adoption of climate-friendly business models, the cultivation of a new generation of responsible leaders, and the expansion of collective positive impact, and is organized as a carbon-neutral initiative. The carbon footprint resulting from participants’ travel, transportation, accommodation, and organizational activities is measured and offset through carbon credits sourced from renewable energy investments.
