MEPAŞ ( Meram Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş.)

In 2012, "distribution activities" were separated from "retail sales activities" pursuant to the Electricity Market Law and electricity sales to end consumers started to be handled by MEPAŞ. Having provided 8739 GWh and 534 GWh of power for 1.905.760 customers and 148.123 eligible consumers, respectively, in 2018, MEPAŞ offers subscription, billing and collection services. Having a total of 11 locations, MEPAŞ is aware of its responsibilities towards its customers and aims to become a leader in the industry with high-quality services.

MESAŞ (Meram Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış A.Ş.)

Founded in 2011, MESAŞ is authorized to purchase electricity through bilateral agreements, import electricity and engage in direct wholesale of electricity at a national level in line with the specified criteria, through Over-the-Counter Market Transactions and under the scope of an EMRA (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) license. MESAŞ is primarily engaged in selling electricity to the high-consumption customers in its service region at discount prices. In 2017, the company sold 876 GWh of electricity to 3.100 eligible consumers. Sales are also made to eligible consumers outside the service region.

Alen Alarko Enerji Ticaret A.Ş.

Since Alarko aimed to be engaged in energy trade (buying and selling) in addition to power generation, a supply license was obtained in April 2014 from EMRA for Alen Alarko Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. A Market Participation Agreement was signed with TEİAŞ for Alen and an application was filed for registration in the Capacity Auction Tool (TCAT) for cross-border trade with Bulgaria. Alarko Energy Group has a flexible system that has been designed to match with the dynamic structure of the energy trade market.
