Alarko MBA

Basic Goal: Our basic goal at Alarko-MBA is to train the managers who will play a role in the future of Alarko in our corporate identity and culture and Alarko applications and operating approach as well as to develop the career opportunities of our qualified employees.

Structure: Alarko-MBA; the program was structured within the framework of the Alarko Future's Club, AİK (Alarko İstikbal Kulübü) for short, and established by İshak Alaton and Üzeyir Garih in 1985 to coach and train young Alarko members to be the valued technicians and managers of the future. The two-year long Alarko-MBA programs are conducted every year. The annual training program starts in January and ends in December. The Alarko-MBA consists of four programs so as to include all the young people working in all the different departments and units of the Alarko Group of Companies. The programs are:

1) Financial Affairs Program
2) Sales-Marketing Program
3) Engineering Program
4) Supporting Units Program

2. The graduation ceremony is conducted on Alarko Day in December.

Simulation Possibilities in the Real Sense Following Graduation; The AİK management and committee presidents are selected among the graduates of "Alarko-MBA". This enables the graduates to simulate their management skills in the real sense.

Education Topics: The education programs include topics such as Personal Development, Management, and General Culture Education. Technical training is planned individually according to the needs of particular programs.
