Founded in 1954, Alarko Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. established a 50:50 joint venture in 1998 with Carrier, a global leader in its field, and the JV was named Alarko Carrier Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Alarko Carrier's main field of activity is heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC). Alarko Carrier products are of the highest quality, are fit for competition and address market needs effectively through the supply of supplementary products and after-sale services.

  Alarko Carrier implements Lean Manufacturing methods at its main manufacturing plant and holds an ACE Silver certificate. Alarko Carrier conducts its manufacturing activities at its plants in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 standards. Alarko Carrier also has a test center which is certified by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and also holds international certification.
- 01Sales Activities
  
  Alarko Carrier sells heating, RLC products, pumps etc. through its exclusive dealers and central air-conditioning systems through its own staff. Exports are made to Carrier companies through the Carrier brand and to other buyers through Alarko and/or OEM brands. Spare parts and accessories are offered through the "TOTALINE" market chain. Overseas contracting activities of Turkish contractors also constitute another export channel.

  Alarko Carrier has an extensive and strong sales network in Turkey with offices in Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Adana and Antalya. The company holds a special position in the industry with over 250 authorized dealers across the country. In addition to the products manufactured at its own facilities, Alarko Carrier also represents many international manufacturers in Turkey to complete the range of its offers.
- 01After- Sale Services
  
  Repair and maintenance services are provided for all products through exclusively authorized service providers. Corporate maintenance agreements are made through the same channel. The company also provides consultancy services with its EVD (Energy Efficiency Consulting) certificate, and performs device sales through this channel.
